Our History
The company was established in 2022 as a consortium of experienced professionals united by to collaboratively addressing urban transportation challenges, from strategic planning to developing transportation schemes for the redevelopment of city streets and city infrastructure design.
We combine leading practices in strategic consulting with the development of applied solutions for organizing streets and public spaces. This approach enables us to address issues at every level — from broad, overarching strategies to precise, specific solutions. Not only do we prepare strategies, but we also ensure their full implementation by supervising real, on-the-ground work.
We base our approach on proven global practices, but taking into account the local context of each city we work with. Our headquarters are located in Kazakhstan. We have representative offices in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Specialization in urban and regional development as well as industrial innovation.
Led the development of a concept and implementation plan for a rapid public transport system in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Denis Boykov
Head of Middle East Branch
15 years of management experience in strategic and management consulting, as well as in urban development and transformation projects within the public sector.
7 years as CEO of the Moscow Urban Forum, the leading think tank of the Moscow Government, focusing on urban development and the integration of advanced global urban solutions into city policies.
Successfully led 50+ projects as a project leader, including collaborations with renowned international organizations such as WHO, UN-Habitat, OECD, UITP, Mori Memorial Foundation, and the Urban Land Institute.

Natalia Moskaleva
Head of Southeast Asia Branch, Leader of the City Design Practice
15 years of extensive experience managing complex design projects, specializing in branding, graphic environmental design, and communications.
5 years as Head of the City Design Office at the Moscow Department of Transportation, overseeing the management and implementation of the Moscow Unified Wayfinding System across all modes of transport. Directed the design development for key transport initiatives, including visual concepts for electric buses, the redesign of transport infrastructure, and improvements to the city’s bus network.
Areas of expertise include City Transportation, Public Spaces, Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality, and Education & Culture.
